Files Required :

1. Download Flashtool
2. Download C2004 Firmware
3. Download TWRP Recovery
4. Download Vroot
5. Download Rashr App
6. Download Dual Sim Fix
7. Download Gapps 6.0
8. Download CM 13 Rom
9. Bootloader Unlock

How To Flash This Rom :

1. You need to be on 4.3 Stock Rom if you're not on stock use Flashtool and revert back to stock.
2. Now unlock the bootloader using Flashtools or via Official Sony Method (I did first from Sony Method Then Via Flashtool)
3. Put CM 13 and SuperSu , TWRP Fota On SD Card.
4. Use Vroot and root the device on 4.3.
5. Now install Rashrr Apk.
6. Now From Rashrr Select From Flash from Kernel or From Storage.
7. It will boot into recovery and now flash the CM 13 and Gapps
