How to install this rom :

1. flash the rom from TWRP 3.0.0-3 recovery then it will restart and CM 13 setup wizard will appear just reboot the device don't proceed the setup.
2. now flash gapps via volume down + volume up + power button key method TWRP will appear flash the gapps and reboot.
3. now flash xposed or just boot into CM 13.
4. if anyone is still facing status bar issue just wait for a fix.
