How to fix :
•Internal not detected (This happens if you are from CM 13,if this happens, you cant save ss and picture)
1.Go to TWRP
2.Select WIPE
3.Select Advanced Wipe
4.Select internal only then click wipe
5.after that go back and select Format Data
6.type Yes
7.Reboot

• Led Doesnt work (That because busybox on this rom outdated)
1.First Download Busybox Installer
2.Then open it and update/install latest Busybox
3.Reboot and done Your LED now blinking )
